 Enradin powderComposition:
Each Kg. Enradin powder contains 4% Enramycin Hydrochloride i.e. Enramycin hydrocloride 40 gm & carrier q.s. to 1000 gm. Enramycin is a polypeptide antibiotic not used in human therapy, not absorbed from intestine and with very strong effect on mainly gram positive bacteria, Clostridium perfringens.
Advantages of Enradin Powder
¨ Enradin (enramycin) is an excellent growth-promoter and improves feed efficiency at very low inclusion levels in feed.
¨ Enradin has a strong antibacterial effect under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions. It is effective primarily against Gram-positive bacteria such as Clostridium perfringens, streptococcus and staphylococcus etc. which cause necrotic enteritis and growth depression in poultry.
¨ There is no cross-resistance between Enradin and other available antibiotics or antibacterials.
¨ Resistance to Enradin develops very slowly. Enramycin-resistant Clostridium perfringens has never been isolated.
¨ Enradin is not absorbed from the intestinal tract, which minimizes concern about residues in human food from treated animals.
¨ Enradin is stable in the pelleting process and in feeds.
¨ Enradin reduces wet dropping in poultry.
¨ Enradin depresses ammonia-producing organisms, thereby reducing ammonia levels in the intestinal contents and blood.

Safety:
Even though Enradin was incorporated into poultry feed at a level of 100 ppm for consecutive 9 months and 0 days after discontinuation; no adverse effects were observed in tissues, muscle, spleen, liver, kidney, fat, blood etc.
Stability:
Enradin is highly stable in high temperature, humidity and light. The 97% activity of Enradin after 3 hours at 100º C remains intact.
Dosage and Administration:
The recommended dosage of Enradin is a 3 ppm to 10 ppm concentration in feed.
Broilers
Starter and Grower: 5 ppm or 125 gm Enradin per M Ton of feed for growth promotion and increased feed efficiency & prevention of necrotic enteritis, Streptococcosis and Staphylococcosis.
Finisher: 3 ppm or 75 gm Enradin per M Ton of feed for growth promotion and increased feed efficiency and prevention of necrotic enteritis, Streptococcosis and Staphylococcosis.
Replacement pullets and breeders
5 ppm or 125 gm Enradin per M Ton of feed for growth promotion and increased feed efficiency and prevention of necrotic enteritis, Streptococcosis and Staphylococcosis.
Treatment : For necrotic enteritis, Streptococcosis and Staphylococcosis- 10 ppm or 250 gm Enradin per M Ton of feed.
Supply: 100 gm & 500 gm plastic container and 20 Kg Bag.
